Here I talk to Sian Clifford about playing sisters with Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The shock of the first season of Fleabag was that it shocked me. As Fleabag talked her way through anal sex and masturbated to Barack Obama’s democratic vision, as she accused her sister Claire of shitting in the sink and let us in on their tawdry sister secrets and crimes against feminism, I wondered what strange and exhilarating planet I had landed on.
